Answered every hour of every day
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
Nothing to pay for being connected
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
A credentialled contractor who works locally
The connection goes to an insured independent contractor working in the Montgomery area rather than to a call centre two states away. The contractor on site is the firm that must hold the permissions the job calls for, so confirm them yourself before anyone starts.
Not the right contractor? Call again
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
Where these commitments stop
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
